<p><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 20px; "><strong>Tips</strong></span></p>
<p>Whether you are photographing your own images or hiring someone to photograph your listing, these are image guidelines and tips that will ensure a successful photo shoot.</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Photograph all areas of the interior and exterior. </strong>Shoot everything! Images that may not be used in the tour, may still be used by our designer to better understand the layout of the home, so shoot everything. Optionally, if you want to include any images of the neighborhood, include them as well. There is no need to photograph un-finished basements or attics. Only areas which will be presented in the tour and/or used in the interactive floor plan need be photographed.</li>
<li><strong>Shoot the images at the highest resolution possible</strong>. We will convert the images to web size, but if you want to use any images in Print marketing, having the largest original resolution possible will ensure any print images are high quality.</li>
<li><strong>Shoot multiple angles. </strong>Our tours present as many angles and views as possible. Our photographers normally take at least one photo from all four corners of a room and any additional angles that may look desirable. Be sure to include numerous photos of any showcase areas of the home including the Frontal Image of the home and any waterviews or pools etc&#8230;When choosing the Master Image that will be used to market the home, it is good to have numerous images to choose from.</li>
<li><strong>Auto-Focus. </strong>Be sure to use the auto-focus option of your camera before taking any shot. Additionally, using a tripod or holding the camera absolutely still when taking any shot is extremely important so that images are not blurry.</li>
<li><strong>Flash. </strong>Using the built-in flash option or an attached flash will make sure your images are lighted properly.</li>

<p><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 20px; "><strong>Floorplan Sketch</strong></span></p>
<p>In order for us to design the interactive floor plan, we will need you to provide a basic floor plan sketch or any blueprints or floor plan documents you may have of the home. If you know the measurements (or take the measurements) of the room dimensions, please include those as well and we will include them in the Tour. If you are drawing up the sketch, download our <a href="http://www.virtualtourfloorplans.com/FloorplanSketchSheet.pdf" target="_blank">Floorplan Sketch Sheet</a>. This will help you to draw up the sketch. You don&#39;t have to be an Artist or anything, but keep in mind, your Interactive floor plan will resemble almost exactly what you draw up and submit.</p>

<p><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 20px; "><strong>Naming Images</strong></span></p>
<p>Once you have the Floor plan sketch or documents and the images, there is one last step before you send them to us. After downloading the images to your computer, please go through them and RE-Name them according to which room they are, so that we know which images should go with which room. Although some images are self-explanatory, in order to link the correct images to the correct rooms, it is important for you to name them including the level. here is an example of some named images. If there is a sequence of images for a room, donate them using letters.</p>

<p><span style="font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;">You will be a sub-contractor for eVirtualisting.com providing Photography as well as drawing up basic floorplan sketches and measuring room dimensions.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;">You will be expected to represent eVirtualisting in a professional manner and provide quality work in a timely fashion.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;">In return, eVirtualisting will continue to offer you work photographing our Virtual products and also advertise any other services you offer that are relevant. eVirtualisting will not seek any referral fees for work that is referred to you outside the scope of our products. You will also be provided an online &quot;eVirtual&quot; portfolio, for which our clients can browse in order to search for &quot;other services&quot;. Any income you gain from this online portfolio is completely yours as well.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>How much does it pay?&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;">Depending on the size of the home, our current pay rates for new photographers are as follows:</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;">&bull; Photography of 1 Level Home = $50</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;">&bull;&nbsp;Photography of 2&nbsp;Level Home = $75</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;">&bull;&nbsp;Photography of 3&nbsp;Level Home = $100</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;">&bull;&nbsp;Photography of&nbsp;&nbsp;4 Level Home = $125</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;">&bull;&nbsp;Photography of&nbsp;5&nbsp;Level Home = $150</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; "><span style="font-size: 14px; ">&bull;&nbsp;Photography of 3&nbsp;Level Home = $125</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; "><span style="font-size: 14px; ">&bull;&nbsp;Photography of&nbsp;&nbsp;4 Level Home = $150</span></span></p>

<p style="background:white"><span style="font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="color: black; ">1. Own an SLR Camera with Professional Tripod and Flash and an Electronic Tape Measure.&nbsp;</span></span></span></p>
<p style="background:white"><span style="font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="color: black; ">2. Able to provide identification of citizenship. Ie: Drivers License/Passport and pass a criminal background check.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="background:white"><span style="font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="color: black; ">3. Willing to sign a sub-contractor agreement.</span></span></span><span style="font-size:7.5pt;font-family:Verdana;<br />
