Do you take photographs of the exterior?
Yes, we photograph the exterior.
Do you count my unfinished basement as a level when calculating the cost?
No, if we do not have to design an interactive floorplan, we will not consider it a level. However, if it is a finished basement with multiple rooms, and you want an interactive floorplan designed for that area, than Yes, it would then count as a level.
Do you count a detached apartment as a level?
Yes, we would count each level of the detached apartment as a additional level if you required an interactive floorplan be designed for each level of the detached apartment. If you simply wanted it to be photographed, but no interactive floorplan to be designed, we would photograph it and include it in the tour but no interactive floorplan would be designed for it and you would not be charged extra.
Does anyone need to be present at the photoshoot?
No one needs to be present for the photoshoot, but access will need to be given to the photographer.
Who owns the right to the images?
eVirtualisting retains ownership of all products developed, but future rights to use the product are determined by who purchases the product. Please read our Terms here.
What happens if i purchase a Tour but we get an offer before it is done?
If the Virtual product is completed before eVirtualisting is notified, their will be no refund. However, if eVirtualisting is notified and only a portion of the Virtual product has been completed, eVirtualisting will refund the client a portion of the unfinished product. The percentage and refund is solely decided by eVirtualisting. Be sure to notify eVirtualisting immediately if this is the case.
Is there a charge to link to Realtor.com?
If you are a Realtor.com Showcase member, than there will be no additional charge to link to Realtor.com. If you are not, there will be an additional $24.99 fee to link to Realtor.com.
Do you link to MLS?
We are unable to link agent's MLS version of their tours. However, upon completion, we provide all agents a link to their MLS compliant version of their tour. It is up to the individual agents to link these to their own listing pages. eVirtualisting is not responsible for any fines accrued by agents who link the wrong tour to the MLS.
